Dr. Phyllis Kawada is a trained specialist in pediatric dentistry. She resides locally in Hacienda Heights, with husband Mark and son Matthew. Dr. Kawada is a proud alumae of USC where she received a B.S. in Biological Science and continued on to complete her D.D.S. at the USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Kawada traveled to the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center to complete a 3-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry. She also received a M.S. for research in Oral Biology for studying oral effects on liver and kidney transplant patients. Dr. Kawada also holds a faculty position at USC as an Associate Professor of Clinical Dentistry and is on the medical staff at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier. Outside of the office, Dr. Kawada is also a talented musician, and loves to follow USC Football. Fight On!
